Is CBD legal photo

Is CBD legal?

Yes! CannaIbiza CBD products are legally available in the EU countries, The U.K., and Switzerland

In this short overview, we present the most frequently asked questions about the legal status of cannabidiol and CBD products in Europe.

Laboratory reports create transparency for customers
We make the laboratory tests of the CBD oil products publicly available on each product page. This allows our Customers to see which cannabinoids are in the product and what amounts. Of particular interest is whether the THC content complies with the limit of 0.2% (in our products, it always does).

CBD oil and other processed CBD products
Due to the many work steps, the extraction and the adjusted mixing ratios, the THC content in CBD oil can be controlled well. As the result, the products are marketable and may be sold to the end-consumer if the hemp used in production has less than 0.2% THC.

Is CBD legal in the EU, the UK, and Switzerland?

Yes. CBD (cannabidiol) is legal if it is made from industrial hemp with a THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) content of less than 0.2 percent (%) and the end product does not exceed that THC percentage. The CBD content (or ercentage) is irrelevant.

How much CBD can you own?

When it comes to the pure amount of CBD, there is no prescribed limit to how much you can possess.

How much CBD content is allowed?

As long as the THC content does not exceed 0.2%, there is no limit to the concentration of CBD products.
